we encountered an arror while trying to send the report.......asta imi apare mereu cand vreau sa fac scan si nu inteleg ce are.....pana azi spre exemplu nu a mers deloc....am sters CS-ul care il aveam si am downloadat altul si a mers.........dar dupa 2 ore am facut iar scan si iar nu mai merge....ce sa ii fac...I-am dat si run as administrator si nimic......am uitat sa mentionez ca am windows 10 si acolo imi da windows 8...poate deasta ...am nevoie rapida de rezolvare ca m-am saturat sa iau ban

cum sa adaug raportul manual? eu dau scan si el da error...ce sa adaug

Dupa ce faci scanarea si iti da eroare la transmitere, dai click pe butonul Report si salveaza fisierul pe desktop. Daca nici asa nu merge, inseamna ca ai caractere UTF-8 in nume. In cazul acesta sterge config.cfg si puneti un nume normal.*****************

ideea e ca am venit cu laptopul la fratemiu si am facut aici in test si imi merge perfect nu imi da eroare deloc.......dupa ce ma duc acasa si ma conectez iar la netul meu imi da eroare....DE CE????? Originally Posted by Tiger

Imi cer scuze, nu am vazut ca ai postat.
Este de la tine, ceva blocheaza conexiunea dintre aplicatie si website. Poti adauga manual raportul You have to register to be able to see this link. Register HERE! If you are already a member please log in! If you still you are not able to see the link you need to activate your account or an administrator need to activate your account! . Tot ce trebuie sa faci este ca dupa scanare sa salvezi raportul dand click pe butonul "Report" si sa-l uploadezi in link-ul de mai sus.*****************
