Probleme scanare windows xp

salut am probleme de nu pot face scanare in fie care data imi iese ca treb sa astept 10 minute si scanul nu se face nu apare in "wargods scan" ma ajutati?

Problema ta este ca trebuie să aștepți 10 min? Înainte de asta ți a mers?

Nu,cand dau scan prea mult astept + imi da error si dupa imi scrie asteapta 10 minute. ieri de 3-i ori am facut si n-a mers scanul.
