DESCRIERE PROBLEMA: Nu imi scaneaza deloc , dau scan si primesc cs not found .

Pentru a putea scana CS-ul trebuie sa fie "pornit".
Il poti pune in bara cu comenzile ALT + TAB

Fa mai multe screenshot-uri cu lista din task manager cu tabul "Details". Nu stiu ce CS folosesti, dar nu este unul oficial.

Specific ca joc dupa steam , am facut totul cum trebuie si degeaba.

Daca jucai cu CS-ul de pe Steam nu aveai problema asta. Nu ne-ai dat screenshot-ul corect, ti-am cerut de pe tabul "Detalii" astfel incat sa cuprinda fiecare proces in parte, fa mai multe screenshot-uri sau scrie asta in cmd.exe

OK, deci o teorie a cazut. Incearca reinstalarea CS-ului sau verificarea integritatii - ceva sigur lipseste.
