Banned without reason?

Hello everybody, I got banned without any reason.It says "You have been banned permanently due to abusing of this free service!You violated our terms and conditions."
What conditions?I just whant to scan cs1.6 with WarGods and suddenly it say you are banned???

What is MAC changer?I dont even now what i do to get banned.
This WarGods have bags.I havent change anything.Just buy cs on steam, bcs he was on sale and i get banned.Please guys you are insane.
