quartz.dll - is DirectX library.

devenum.dll is some DirectShow library:

devenum.dll is the core library file of DirectShow that generates dynamic information about the waveIn, waveOut, and MIDI devices available. devenum.dll is a system process that is needed for your PC to work properly.

DShowRdpFilter.dll - is some Remote Desktop shits.

I don't know, how to turn this libraries off. Hl.exe launch them, and my wcd report looks suspect <b>You have to register to ba able to see this link</b>
