OTHER INFORMATION:My ban was 25-08-2019.Please Tiger, can you unban me in wargod's scan, because now i can't play a lot of Lithuania servers.They are asking me "why you have ban wargod's, you are cheater".My unique id changed when i install new windows and trying scan wargod and idk how this unique id was new..

You are banned since 14.07.2019 14:42:05 because you manually changed your unique id. For unban you have to pay 2nd degree unban fee or wait 6 months for free unban (if you meet the free unban requirements).

I was banned on 14.07.2019 and today is 14.05.2020. Its 9 months now and I can't get unban?

Yes i read all requirements for free unban. I think you didn't understand me, because I got banned 2019 and 6 months have been already passed.How I got ban on 2020.05.04 if I was never unnbaned from 2019 wargod ban?

The unban procedure is manually, not automatically, because I - personally - need to analyze these bans. Your only job was to create a ban info / free unban topic, but I guess you didn't care about the ban until now.

Conditions to receive free unban:

For 2st degree ban your last ban must be at least 6 months old and the age of the ban must have at least 2 year old.
