You manually changed multiple times your unique id. You have to pay 2nd degree unban fee or wait for 6 months for free unban (if you meet the free unban requirements).

It's not about using cheats, it's about you manually changing your unique id. As I said, if you want unban you have to pay for it or meet the free unban requirements.
