I was banned from the servers for unfair reasons, I used unban dll at that time, I did wargods scan, but I got excessive wargods scan then I got banned

Since you decided to manually change your unique id to you have to pay 1st degree unban fee or fulfill the free-unban requirements. It's up to you what you choose.
