Problema la scanare

Buna, cand incerc sa fac un WG imi arata problema cu "We encountered an error while trying to communicate with the server! Please try again later!"

Acum cateva luni imi mergea fara probleme, insa ma lasasem o perioada de cs. Am revenit recent si cand am incercat sa fac un WG am intampinat aceasta problema.

Am Windows 10 Pro , 64 bit, ma poate ajuta cineva cu un sfat in legatura cu asta va rog...?
